MEET ASHLEY

Health and wellness have always been a passion of mine. From a young age, I understood the importance of physical health and how lifestyle and diet have a direct impact on it. At the same time, I had a deep fascination with mental health. I sought to understand emotions, thoughts, and what motivated behavior. What I didn’t realize until adulthood is that different facets of health that are interconnected. Factors such as career, relationships, spirituality, stress levels, and sleep all influence our health. To be well, our mind, body, and spirit must be balanced.

As your health coach, I’ll be your supportive mentor in making healthy choices, assist in stress reduction, and goal setting. Together, we’ll work to ensure that you reach your desired lifestyle changes as well as your health and wellness goals. I’ll be committed to your journey to wellness and offer you accountability, empowerment, and encouragement.

When I’m not coaching clients, I enjoy spending my day outdoors with my husband, two children, and two dogs. We surround ourselves with nature as much as possible—we hike, we walk, we play. I also enjoy quiet moments for journaling, meditation, and yoga.
