6 Week Program: 6 Sessions

$150 (or $25 per session)

The Foundations Program is for those looking for a quick jump start to healthy living. I’ll conduct an in-depth health history and together we’ll identify areas in your life that you’d like to improve.

The program includes:

* One 60-minute health history session which will map out areas of imbalance and health concerns (via Zoom or phone)

* A wellness plan tailored to your specific needs and goals

* Five 45-minute check-in calls to discuss progress (via Zoom or phone)

* Unlimited email access

3 Month Program: 8 Sessions

$200 (or $25 per session)

The Transitions Program is for those who’ve flirted with the idea of a healthy lifestyle but just haven’t been able to commit to it. Maybe you’re facing a life transition, increased stress, or just desire to change your diet and need support. Together, we can develop healthy habits and strengthen techniques to keep your mind, body, and spirit balanced.

The program includes:

* One 60-minute health history session which will map out areas of imbalance and health concerns (via Zoom or phone)

* Four 45-minute weekly check-ins for the first month and four 45-minute bi-weekly check-ins for the remaining two months (via Zoom or phone)

* A wellness plan tailored to your specific goals emailed to you after each session to keep you on track

* Unlimited email access and contact hours for texting between sessions

6 Month Program: 18 Sessions

$ 360 (or $20 per session)

The Commitments Program is a long-term program for those who’d like the opportunity to explore their health and wellness goals in-depth and discover the roadblocks that have prevented them from reaching their full potential. We’ll work together to facilitate lasting lifestyle changes.

The program includes:

* One 60-minute health history session which will map out areas of imbalance and health concerns (via Zoom or phone)

* Twelve 45-minute weekly check-ins for the first month and six 45-minute bi-weekly check-ins for the remaining three months (via Zoom or phone)

* A wellness plan tailored to your specific goals emailed to you after each session to keep you on track

* Handouts and resources specific to your goals

* Unlimited email access and contact hours for texting between sessions
